Four steps to victory
Goal
The pros set their goals like a Swiss watch — down to the second. Then they train and analyze their results until they hit that sweet spot. Luckily, you can leave the nitty-gritty of meters and seconds for your trainer to figure out, but you do need to pick a big ole' goal for yourself to stick to. After all, no Olympian medalist got there by writing "swim today, maybe?" on a napkin.
Schedule
To keep your head in the game (and also hold your feet to the flames), we stick to a schedule. Your trainer will perfect a plan that ensures you are preparing safely and will only ramp things up when you are ready for it. This method ensures you will be in tip-top shape for the big day!

Multisport Miami's trainers have dedicated their lives to bettering the physical fitness of their fellow humans. Your trainer is guided by the main goal of helping you achieve killer results while avoiding the injuries that amateurs who go it alone are prone to.

Whether it's your first 5K or a full-fledged Ironman, you can hold your head high in the knowledge that you are standing on the edge of glory! You get it all: the rush of being at the starting line with hundreds of other gritty exemplars, the euphoria of pushing yourself beyond earlier limits, the applause as you cross the finish line. The basic program is for running newbies and those who like to try an appetizer before they go ahead and order the whole seafood platter.
The focus of the basic program is on increasing endurance, speed, and strength. Lessons run at fat-burning intensity (which is mid-range, for those of you that have avoided treadmills :) You will develop technique that will help you run more effortlessly and — most importantly — avoid injury! In other words, you will develop the main techniques that form the backbone of any professional athlete's training regime.

The basic program introduces you to key swimming techniques: how to breath and hold yourself in the water. We will also get acquanted with the different styles of professional swimming. You'll start to see the benefits of training your muscles and lungs in a no-impact environment. This option is great for beginners, expectant mothers, and future gold medalists in the 2032 Olympic games :)

We'll build on your foundation by mastering the crawl stroke. At the end of the course, you will be be able to swim 500 yards and maybe even make it look easy :)

This course covers four pro swimming strokes: the dolphin, breast stroke, back crawl, and front crawl. That way you have options when it comes to impressing friends and bystanders!

This course is for advanced swimmers with moxy to spare. We will train in the conditions that match the event you are targeting: more often than not this means open waters (and no, the sharks won't get you - there are bracelets for that so stop making excuses ;). You will experience the joy of swimming that last meter and pulling off your googles to greet the smiles and applause of everyone that came to cheer you on!

We take everything into account in designing your program: your past experience, physical fitness, goals, calendar, etc. Our trainers have decades of experience and will have you humming along towards your goal at the right pace for you. You won't just make it across the finish line, you'll do it with a smile!

Our trainers are experts in their profession. MM's founder and lead trainer, Filipp Nosov, studied in the Olympic Training School in his native Russia and has two advanced degrees in physical education (which were officially accredited as being equivalent to a bachelors and masters degree in the USA). All trainers are Red Cross certified in First Aid and CPR/AED and hold degrees and/or professional certifications in physical fitness or personal training.

We train in conditions that mimic those you will encounter at your target event. No boring treadmill intervals, only the real deal. And come on, we live in a paradise abundant with perfect running trails and gorgeous white-sand beaches. What's better than getting fit while you commune with nature?

We incorporate ideas and techniques from both the classic schools of thought as well as newer approaches that have taken hold (Total Immersion, Pose Method, Natural Run etc.) If you have questions or preferences, just ask!

We always focus on safety:
• We don't push you past safe limits based on your current physical condition
• Students are given a Sharkbanz bracelet (if desired) for open water trainings
• We carry professional liability insurance for your protection

We aren't some fly by night company. Our trainers are legally allowed to reside and work in the US and Multisport Miami is a registered business in Florida. We offer a number of convenient payment options so you'll never have to worry about running to the ATM or lugging a wallet around in your fanny pack during runs.

We don't set loosey-goosey goals like "lose weight" or "get healthy". Instead we focus on events and work towards competition day. That way you get twice the benefits: you will increase your strength, speed, and endurance and start looking and feeling better along the way.

Group trainings are a great way to meet other like-minded individuals who may turn into your next best friend or client. We are a multinational group that benefits from the wonderful cultural diversity of South Florida!

Multisport Miami's founder, Filipp Nosov, has trained over 1000 students in running, and swimming over his 15+ year career and over 600 have competed in distance events (Ironman, marathons, swimruns, etc.).
